From 4th August we will be using a new online system for requesting GP appointments and for all administrative queries. The new system will replace Ask My GP and will make sure everyone gets the right care at the right time with the right person. All requests for a GP appointment will be treated fairly in the order in which they are received.
You can submit a form online by using the link which will be available on our website from 4th August or via the NHS APP.
But don’t worry if you are unable to use or do not feel confident with technology you will still be able to speak to a receptionist via telephone or calling in at reception.
However, we will be encouraging patients to use this new service by downloading the NHS APP. From the NHS APP you will be able to click on “book an appointment” – this will then allow you to ask about a health problem via our new system AccurX.
